As some of you may have read previously I’ve been suffering with a rather nasty saddle sore. This has kept me off the bike for over a week.

It’s my own fault. I felt some soreness last weekend, but thought it was just a little too much time in the saddle so carried on riding. By Wednesday it was feeling really sore. I took Thursday off and arranged a Good Friday ride with friends up into the hills.
