Hi, I recently find the same issue with Iphone. Do you have found a solution to correct all wrong elevations ?
My friend uses a Magellan GPS without altimeter and the elevation result is almost perfect.
Very strange, Iphone seems to be a crappy device…

Yes, Please remove the dotted blue lines “feature”. Or have a option to turn the feature off all together in settings. I especially want it completely off when I’m following a GPX track. It just doesn’t need to be there. And a lot of times it obscures the view of the track.

anyways sue them! they shouldn’t sell bogus products and I want to make sure when I buy the new garmin edge 705 they rellease in december – they shoould be selling a full product – not something the public gets to pay to beta test
